Our Doctors:
Dr. Shannon Reh
Dr. Shannon received her veterinary degree in 1992 from the combined veterinary program at Oregon State University and Washington State University (DVM degrees awarded by both universities). This unique program enabled her to gain the knowledge and expertise taught by the professors at two of the best veterinary schools in the country.
Dr. Shannon was born and raised in Salem, OR. She grew up knowing from an early age that veterinary medicine was the career for her. After high school she enrolled at Oregon State University - first earning her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and then her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Dr. Jeff Reh
Dr. Jeff received his veterinary degree in 1993 from the same combined Oregon State University and Washington State University program (he was also awarded degrees from each university).
Dr. Jeff was raised in Philadelphia, PA. After high school he became an accomplished technician and worked for Ford Motor Company for many years. Throughout the years his love for animals kept him interested in veterinary medicine. He returned to college in 1986, attending Arizona State University, Oregon State University, and Washington State University. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science and then his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Dr. Jeff and Dr. Shannon met at Washington State University while attending their veterinary programs. In 1993 they moved to Phoenix, AZ, and in 2003 they purchased Rancho San Carlos Pet Clinic. They have a home in San Carlos that they share with Bradley (their Black Labrador Retriever) and their two cats Mama and Toby. When not working they enjoy going to the beach with Bradley, hiking, and photography. Both spend many hours each year in continuing education courses, enabling them to stay up to date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
